Don Bray is co-founder and President of AltaTerra Research, the research and services firm focused on energy efficiency and environmental sustainability in the corporate marketplace.  Through independent research reports, web conferences, and consulting services, AltaTerra helps clients identify and implement new operational strategies and emerging clean technology solutions.  Don has recently co-authored a new research report on enterprise carbon management solutions, and has published a variety of reports on IT data center energy efficiency, commercial solar solutions, and corporate  sustainability.                        Prior to AltaTerra, Mr. Bray served as a managing partner for Accenture.  Over 22 years, Don played a key role in building and leading Accenture&rsquo;s Electronics and High Technology industry practice in Silicon Valley, architecting and delivering large-scale business transformation and technology integration programs.  He is actively involved with the Silicon Valley Leadership Group, where he has been instrumental in launching the Bay Area Climate Collaborative, a region-wide public-private partnership organized around ten key improvement metrics, and SolarTech, an industry consortium focused on streamlining implementation and reducing costs in the solar value chain.                         Mr. Bray earned his Masters in Engineering Management from Stanford University, and a Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California at Davis. He focuses on cleantech investments. In addition to investing, Will supports MDV portfolio companies.                        Prior to MDV, Will worked in Washington, DC as an advisor to private equity and project finance clients focusing on the energy sector. Will also worked as a legislative director building state and federal level coalitions to support renewable energy legislation. In 2004, Will was invited to sit on the California Energy Commission's Biofuels Working Groups to formulate strategies for reducing California's dependence on petroleum. Will has also worked for GE Wind in the commercial operations group, Xseed Capital, and on a variety of renewable energy projects in China, West Africa, and India.                         Will is on the Venture Fund Advisory Board for the ASE, which operates the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, and is on the advisory committee for the California Energy Commission's Alternative and Renewable Fuel and Vehicle Technology Program, an $840m fund to stimulate deployment of low carbon transportation technologies. Will has also served on the advisory committee for the Western Governors' Association.                        Will has an MBA and an MS in Energy &amp; Resources from the University of California, Berkeley. While at Berkeley Will founded the Berkeley Energy &amp; Resources Collaborative (BERC) and the new Center for Energy &amp; Environmental Innovation (CEEI). Will also earned an AB magna cum laude in Social Studies from Harvard University.                         Chris Erickson, CEO, Climate Earth. Chris is an entrepreneur and accomplished executive, now turning his attention and passion to the problem of climate change. Chris is known as a creative executive with a track record of pioneering new markets, developing and implementing creative business strategies, and building companies from the ground up. From this rich ground of experience, Chris helps client companies engage from an executive level to develop a climate strategy from the enterprise viewpoint.             Chris holds a BA in Economics from UC Santa Barbara and an MBA from UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business. He also currently serves as Chairman for ICEsoft Technologies, Inc. a leader in high-performance commercial Open Source software.                        Matthew Fisher, Partner, Nixon Peabody. Matthew P. Fisher handles a wide range of corporate transactional matters. He has extensive experience representing clients in private equity, general corporate, and securities law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, fund formation, and venture capital. Gary's experience spans the markets telecommunications, Internet and semiconductor industries. Most recently Gary served for 5+ years as the CEO and President of Global IP Solutions, the leader in the embedded VoIP technology. Global IP Solutions is a publicly traded company on a European exchange. Gary was also the CEO of Brightmail, an innovator in the SaaS email services market that was acquired by Symantec. Prior to that Gary served as President and GM of Glenayre Consumer Products and held senior positions at Wireless Access, Cypress Semiconductor and Intel.  Gary holds an B.S. in Electrical Engineering.                         Andreas Vogel, Vice President for Sustainability R&amp;D, SAP Labs. Andreas Vogel is Vice President for Sustainability R&amp;D at the SAP Labs in Palo Alto, CA where he leads the work on the next generation of environmental management software, including carbon and energy management and the associated social aspects.            Prior to working on sustainability, Andreas contributed to SAP's Governance, Risk and Compliance business unit, Enterprise SOA strategy for ERP, ERP product management and corporate strategy.            Before joining SAP, Andreas held various research, entrepreneurial and executive positions around the world, among them Principal Researcher at the Distributed Systems Technology Center in Brisbane Australia, Chief Scientist at Borland and CTO and co-founder of Mspect. He was also the first person on the ground in Europe for VMware.            Andreas has co-authored four books (all published by J. Wiley &amp; Sons) on various aspects of distributed systems technology and written tens of journal articles and scientific papers. He holds a MSC and PhD from Humboldt-University Berlin, Germany.
