Cole is a Partner at Nixon Peabody LLP. Lisa focuses her practice on environmental counseling, compliance and litigation as well as a wide variety of general commercial litigation matters. Lisa is a regular contributor to California Environmental Liability Enforcement and Penalties Reporter and Los Angeles Daily Journal analyzing current environmental case opinions. Lisa holds a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and a B.A. from St. Mary&rsquo;s College.            Will Coleman is a Partner at Mohr Davidow Ventures (MDV) focusing on energy and cleantech investing.  Prior to MDV, Will worked in Washington, DC as a legislative director for a renewables coalition building state and federal level coalitions to support renewable energy legislation, and as a consultant to private equity and project finance clients focusing on the energy sector. Will has also worked for GE Wind in the commercial operations group and Xseed Capital. Will is on the Venture Fund Advisory Board for the ASE, which operates the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, and is on the advisory committee for the California Energy Commission&rsquo;s Alternative and Renewable Fuel and Vehicle Technology Program, an $840m fund to stimulate deployment of low carbon transportation technologies.  In 2004, Will also sat on the California Energy Commission's Biofuels Working Groups to formulate strategies for reducing California's dependence on petroleum. Will has a MBA and a MS in Energy &amp; Resources from UC Berkeley, and an AB from Harvard University. While at Berkeley, Will founded the Berkeley Energy &amp; Resources Collaborative (BERC) and the Center for Energy &amp; Environmental Innovation (CEEI).             Rick DeGolia is the former CEO and co-founder of Green Wireless Systems, an  irrigation products company that is focused on developing a smart controller that manages water valves wirelessly and reduces public and commercial landscape water use by 25%. DeGolia also works with Environmental Entrepreneurs to advocate in Sacramento and Washington DC for the passage of legislation to address issues related to global warming, including the implementation of broad water conservation measures.  Since early 2006, he has been a member of The Angel's Forum, a venture capital partnership, where he focuses on cleantech and enterprise software opportunities. Mr. DeGolia worked on the Obama election campaign as a member of the National Finance Committee, the Inauguration Finance Committee and the Environmental and Energy Policy Committee.                          Victor W. Hwang is the Managing Director of T2 Venture Capital.  T2VC focuses on breakthrough technology spinning out of academia and government, across multiple sectors, and multiple geographies.  Victor has founded two water startups, Stonybrook Purification and Liquidity Corporation.  Victor is a Kauffman Fellow, a program for grooming leaders of the venture industry.  Victor was the former President of the Larta Institute, one of the leading organizations that runs nationwide commercialization programs to mentor startups for U.S. federal agencies.  Victor has an AB from Harvard, a JD from the University of Chicago, served in national politics, and practiced as a corporate lawyer in major law firms. Tamin serves on the Board of Directors of Lux Research, and advises several startups and non-profits.  He also currently serves as Chairman &amp; Executive Director of Imagine H2O (www.imagineh2o.org), a not-for-profit company that catalyzes water entrepreneurship with a business plan prize and incubator program.                        Before joining Catamount, Tamin was a principal investor at Goldman, Sachs &amp; Co., where he co-founded and managed Goldman Sachs E&amp;P Capital to invest in private energy companies, and served on the founding team of the Goldman Sachs Specialty Lending Group. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Tamin held a business development position with Launch Media through its acquisition by Yahoo! Tamin holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB with honors from Harvard University. Laura is one of the leading experts on advanced water technology and its potential for the commercial and institutional markets.  With over 20 years of experience launching game-changing technology into emerging markets, Laura was one of the first to focus upon the business opportunities to be found in water management and conservation.            Laura works with a diverse group of global water technology companies that offer the world&rsquo;s most innovative water solutions, from stormwater filtration to microbial fuel cells.  She also consults a limited number of large corporations, such as Wal-Mart and Novozymes, on their water management strategies.  As a member of Environmental Entrepreneurs (www.e2.org), Laura co-authored their water policy paper that has influenced California state policy on greenhouse gas emissions.            A graduate of Yale University, Laura holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. A US citizen, Laura has spent most of her career living outside the US.
