Topic: VC Open
Be a part of a candid discussion with several early stage VCs and many entrepreneurs. This will be an open forum, where the entrepreneurs get to ask the VCs the questions! The topics will be open, and will include VC fundraising, terms sheets, due diligence, how to pitch to VCs, what materials do the VCs need, ownership percentages, how to get a meeting with a VC, deciphering VC verbiage (“you are too early” or “if you find a lead VC we would be interested”, etc.). The audience will drive the questions and will be able to ask the questions you normally wouldn’t ask the VCs if you were pitching to them.
There will be ample time to network with both entrepreneurs and VCs before and after the open discussion, so bring plenty of business cards!
