It is our policy not to sell or share the personally identifiable information that is provided to us with any other organization or individual. In the event that SDForum partners with an outside organization to host an event, all correspondence will continue to be sent through SDForum.
Ultimately, this site will be designed so that any individual can create a profile in our database and may access and update their information at any time. By requiring the use of a password, SDForum will restrict the access of this personal account information to those individuals to whom the information belongs and when necessary, SDForum staff members. SDForum policy dictates that members and subscribers will be responsible for editing their own profile and contact information. In the event that this is not possible, SDForum staff reserves the right to edit a member profile and make only those changes that are necessary to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information.
