Mobile Internet SIG

For eight years our mission has been to offer presenting companies and discussions on emerging technologies and analyze their commercial, economical, social and political impact for an audience of senior business executives, researchers, financiers, policy makers and our loyal software developers.

Our SIG’s chairing team, has decided to change the name of our SIG, from MultiModal to Mobile Internet. The mobile/wireless industry is experiencing exciting dramatic changes philosophically (Mobile Operators) and technologically (mobile developers of technology and content) to international protocol alliances.

In keeping with SDForum’s history of innovation and leadership, we have decided to commit to I.P. protocol technology and the distribution of information associated. Enabling convergence and fostering innovation.

Let’s explore this new realm in infinite possibilities in think-tank oriented type monthly meetings at the SDForum – Mobile Internet SIG.

Joe Jasin Managing Director, DNA Partners, LLC Joe has built an international career within the wireless telecommunications and digital media distribution industries, establishing a cross-border depth of USA – Asia experience that includes: mobile internet, venture capital, and corporate development.

Peter Lam Senior Solutions Architect, Alcatel-Lucent Peter has been a pioneer in the end-to-end Triple Play IPTV network design (TV, Video, Voice over IP and Internet) having intimately involved in the IP-based networking design in mobile, data, voice and video to major multi-national telecommunication companies.
