Traditional project management tools put the burden of creating and updating project plans on project manager’s shoulders. Employees see little value in these plans, because they need to change their habits and because the tools are complex. So the process of adoption often becomes very painful. And plans quickly become obsolete and useless, making companies’ investment into project management tools a waste of time and money.

The speaker Andrew Filev, founder of Wrike, will describe how to manage projects in small and medium businesses using web 2.0 technologies to provide all the benefits of enterprise project management suites.
